As soon as steventai has received a receipt of your transaction we will process the order. We will process your purchased items in the shortest time possible. As we are committed to reduce waste and over produced, all items are made to order. Resulting in a zero-waste production cycle. During sale period, processing of orders and customer support may take longer time than normal. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.
UK and rest of the world: 1-2 weeks
Steventai.co.uk accepts most major credit/debit cards. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us.
Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. In the event that your order does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated we will do our best to assist in tracking your order. In the event of non-delivery of your order we are unable to process a replacement order until 21 business days following the original shipment date.
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you full refund within 14 days from when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
To return or exchange items, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and specify if its a return or an exchange and we will send out return shipping labels. Please note there will be a return shipping fee of 15 GBP.
Returning your purchase
Email us and inform us of your return.
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order.
Close the box and tape it securely.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days.

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt we can then offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.steventai.co.uk
You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts if you are in the EU. You may cancel your order within 14 days after the day on which you receive your Items. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order before your Items have been dispatched, please email your cancellation marked ‘urgent cancellation’ to email@example.com and list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the email.
We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on steventai.co.uk is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and that your order has been cancelled. You will be advised of the correct price of the subject product. You may re-order it if you wish. If you have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date of order. Should you choose to re-order at the correct price, a separate transaction will be posted to your credit card.
We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
We will have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your Contract Cancellation Rights.
We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the conditions for:
Any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or
Any loss of goodwill or reputation; or
Any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the Conditions.
Nothing in the Conditions will exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.
